Project Overview

Westwood High School in Washington Township, NJ operates eight Patterson-Kelley MACH C2000 high-efficiency condensing boilers. Two units had been upgraded to the current NURO control platform, while six still operated on the legacy ENVI system — creating inconsistency in monitoring, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.

ICA installed six NURO upgrade kits — including new sheet metal panels, factory-tested wiring harnesses, and manufacturer branding — bringing all legacy boilers up to the current NURO specification. The entire boiler plant now operates on a standardized control platform, simplifying monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for facility staff.
