Robur Absorption Technology
Robur manufactures gas-fired absorption heat pumps and chillers that extract heat from external air and transfer it indoors for heating — or reverse the process for cooling. Unlike electric heat pumps, Robur units run on existing natural gas infrastructure, avoiding costly electrical upgrades.
One unit provides both heating and cooling — no separate chiller or cooling tower required. Gas-fired cooling capability included.
Only 3 moving elements — no compressors, no engines. Completely closed-loop refrigerant requires zero refills over the system's lifetime.
Operates on single-phase power and existing natural gas infrastructure. Eliminates the cost of transformer and electrical panel upgrades.
