The SONIC boilers feature dual-material stainless steel construction — 304L upper tubes and 316L lower tubes — with a two-stage heat exchanger design that reduces flue gas temperatures from 2,200°F to approximately 100°F. The system achieves 97% efficiency at high fire and 100% efficiency at low fire, delivering exceptional fuel savings for the facility.
