Boiler Installation — Fort Lee, NJ
Horizon House Steam Heating
Horizon House — Fort Lee, NJ
Project Overview
ICA provided reliable steam heating to Horizon House in Fort Lee, NJ with two 500HP field-erect Scotch Marine boilers and Industrial Combustion power burners equipped with Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR) technology.
The FGR system siphons a small amount of inert combustion gas exiting the boiler and reinjects it into the combustion process. By cooling flame temperatures, the system significantly reduces NOx pollutant formation — meeting stringent emissions requirements while maintaining full heating capacity for the high-rise residential building.
